This is ridiculous and outrageous!!!Buttman IS being singled out!!!My husband is in Upstate Correctional Facility in Malone,New York and they have just recently BANNED-ONLY BUTTMAN from their facility-other magazines ARE allowed!!!Ladies and gentlemen PLEASE sign this petition so the 1200inmates housed there can receive and enjoy Buttman.WE HAVE LESS THAN 30DAYS TO GET THE APPEALS IN!!!The men there are locked down 23hrs with no access to phones so many of us wives were only made aware of this situation about a week later because the jail didnt tell the guys outright-they just wouldn’t deliver the magazines and then when some of us wives&girlfriends wrote asking-did you receive it?OR the guys heard “a rumor” that it wasn’t allowed anymore-THEN and only then were they told that it was under review-thats how they’ll cut days off the time-limit of 30days for their appeals essentially making all appeals “too late to be considered”-convenient right?PLEASE sign this petition and print it and send it to the nystate dept of correctional services superintendant so he’ll see that there’s people on the outside that are aware of what his media room review people AND his package room people are doing.Subscriptions are halted and bringing it in OR mailing it in is now prohibited-IT IS SENT BACK AND PAID FOR BY THE GUYS THERE!This is how they get the guys to pay postage on a pre-paid magazine that the delivery price is allready included in with the magazines subription rate.This action has now made it possible for this prison to affect the livelyhood of this magazine AND if this gets banned in ALL of ny’s prisons-think of the magnitude of lost “potential business” for Buttman.PLEASE sign this petition and even if it’s only 1 name it can be sent in and not thrown away-they’ll attempt to “lose” the other copies if there isn’t at least one signature on each paper as they wil claim it was just a copy and the inmate has the original so whats the difference?
